1. How is my digital print made?

Our prints are made using Photoshop and Canva.

 

2. When will I receive my order?

Purchase your digital print from this website.

You will be emailed an automatic order confirmation with details of your order and a link to your digital print.

Your downloads can be printed at home using an inkjet printer or it can be printed at your local print store.

 

3. What’s Included in my digital download?

You will automatically receive access to a PDF file with instructions on how to customize, edit and download your template.

Note: This is a Canva template; therefore you will not be receiving a physical product. Canva is easy to use and completely FREE. Designs do NOT use Canva PRO features.

4. How do I edit my template?

 

Follow the instructions from the PDF file you downloaded. Editing and customizing your template is done using Canva (design tool) and it is easy to use. If you don't have a Canva account you can create one for FREE.

With your purchase you able to edit the text, wording, font and font colour. You may also rearrange the wording and add your own photos.

You will NOT be able to change the graphics or graphic colours that are already included with the template.

5.  Can I make a custom order?

 

For birth announcement cards only. If you would like to place an order for custom colours of your choice. Please message me for a quote with the colour codes (up to 3 colours) you would like (refer to the colour chart). Please allow 1-2 business days for custom order.

6. I am not happy with my item. What should I do?

 

If you have any concerns with your order/item, please message us as soon as possible with details. We will work on coming up with a solution. Please make sure to read the entire description when purchasing to avoid any confusion on size, colour etc. For personalized or made to order items, there are no refunds unless there was an error on our part.

7. Do you offer bulk or wholesale prices?

Please message us to discuss wholesale or bulk pricing.

 

8. Can I expedite my order?

 

If you need an item rushed, please reach out to make sure we can accommodate it. Rushed orders will have a $10 CAD expedited fee.

 

9. How can I send my gift to family and friends?

Once you are finished customizing your template and are satisfied, you can download it as a PDF, JPEG or PNG.

You can send this video invitation through E-mail, Facebook Messenger, iMessage, Whatapp, or any other messaging app that is supported by an internet connection.

Sending your invitation through text message is not recommended due to most carriers having very small size limits, or data capabilities and may result in your video being blurry and unreadable.

If you want to send our file via text message, the best way would be to upload your video invitation to Google Drive and copy and text the link that will direct your family/friends to the video.

If you wish to print your invite you can download it as a PDF (use to print at home or local print shop), JPEG (use for photo centres, some local stores and online printing) or PNG (use for social media, email or text).

 

10. Can I get a refund or exchanges?

ALL digital download purchases are non-refundable. Please read the refund policy here.

11. Why am I charged import duties on my order?

Many of our physical products come from an offsite warehouse. Many times DHL shipping will be used for this; and thus an import duty charge may apply to your order prior to it being delivered to your location.

 

12. What happens if the shipping courier delays my shipment?

Ayaan's Crafty Creation Ltd. needs 5-7 business days for specialized/custom orders, prior to items being shipped. Then depending on the shipping company this may take an additional 3-5 business days. 
Note: Ayaan's Crafty Creation Ltd. is not responsible for delays that may occur during the shipment of your items. Unfortunately, no refund will be applied once items have shipped from us. 
Ayaan's Crafty Creation will not be responsible for items being shipped back to us for insufficient addresses. It is buyers responsibility to double check that their address is correct during the checkout process. Buyers will be charged additional shipping plus a small fee for insufficient addresses. It will be the buyers responsibility to contact the shipping courier for delayed shipments. US and International customers are responsible for paying custom fees.

13. What items are non-refundable?

- Custom/Personalized items
- Clearance or items on sale
- Items marked as FINAL SALE

14. How do I wash the velveteen blanket?

You can machine wash your blanket on delicate cycle and with cold water. Tumble dry on low temperature.

Frames are NOT included or FOR SALE.

Due to different monitor calibration, colours may vary from monitors to print.

This item is for PERSONAL USE ONLY. You may use this print for personal use or as a gift to someone else. However, this print may NOT be redistributed, shared or resold as a digital print or as a hard copy.

Some designs in this print have incorporated the use of other artists and their work, and Ayaan’s Crafty Creation has done this with the artists permission or with a commercial license to use such artwork.
