What if I ordered the wrong size?
Our BOHO Islamic baby blankets are currently available in one size (50"x60").
What if I ordered the wrong colour?
Please ensure you are selecting the correct colour on our website of what you want to purchase. If you are still unsure, please contact us and we will be more than willing to assist you.
Can I get customized blankets?
We are working extremely hard to provide customizations for our baby blankets. We are hoping in the near future we will be able to provide custom embroidery for these blankets. Subscribe to our mailing list for updates.
Where does my order ship from?
All baby blankets are shipped from Ontario Canada.
Important Notes
Colours of the product may vary from that shown on the monitor.
We need 5-7 business days to complete and ship custom blanket orders.
Custom orders are final sale, no exchange or returns.
We ship World wide, and shipping time will vary depending on your location. For residence in Canada and the United States, orders take approximately 3-5 days to ship. For International orders, orders will ship between 7-21 days.
We are not responsible for shipping delays that may occur with the shipping courier. Once your order leaves our warehouse and is with the shipping company there will be no refunds or returns.
What if my product is defective/faulty?
We complete an extensive quality check on ALL of our blankets. But, should you have an issue with your product, you have 14 days from the time you received your product to contact us with your concerns/issues, and we will be more than happy to work with you to come up with a solution.
